To create a header which will run unchanged at the top of every page in the book.
1 Double click on A master in the Pages Panel to ensure that you are working on the A Master
2 Select the Type Tool and draw a text frame at the top of the left hand page.
3 Type in the name of the book, authors name or whatever you desire
4 Go to Object > Text Frame Options.
5 Set Vertical Justification - Align to Centre
